Limitations of liability

In the understanding that the service provider has insurance policies for accidents and civil liability in its services, I accept the terms and conditions thereof as the sole compensation for injuries, damages, losses, liabilities and their consequences that may occur to any of the covered persons during the provision of the services contracted on the reverse of this document. By my participation and that of any accompanying persons in any of the other services contracted on the reverse of this document, I hereby jointly and severally release the service provider, as well as the seller and any of its employees, from any and all actions, causes of action, complaints and demands regarding or for the reasons of any damage, loss or injury, which may hereafter occur due to participating in any of the services contracted on the reverse of this document.

This release extends to, applies to, covers, and includes all injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, and their consequences that were unknown, unforeseen, or unexpected, as well as those already known. The provisions of any federal, state, local, or territorial laws governing the release of substances shall not extend to any claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are known or unexpected to exist at the time of the person executing said release. Otherwise, they shall always be rejected. Furthermore, if the participant wishes to pursue any legal matter related to this act, it must be addressed and considered solely by the judges of the state of Quintana Roo and the corresponding legal institutions of Mexico, and no others.

I hereby, on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and my companions, jointly and severally release the service provider and the seller thereof from any and all actions, causes of action, complaints, and demands from, upon, or by reason of any damage, loss, or injury, which may occur from participating in any of the services contracted for on the reverse side of this Agreement.

Furthermore, it is understood and agreed that such participation in any of the services contracted on the reverse side will not be considered as an admission of liability or acceptance of the assumption of responsibility by the service provider, as well as the seller and any of its employees jointly and severally, for any damages and expenses as a result of any alleged act of the participant.
