Limitation of Liability:
In the understanding that the service provider has insurance policies for accidents and civil liability in their services, I accept the terms and conditions of these, as the only compensation for injuries, damages, losses, responsibilities and their consequences that may occur to any of the persons covered during the provision of the services contracted on the back of this document. Due to my participation and that of the accompanying persons in any of the other services contracted on the reverse side of this document, I hereby jointly and separately release the service provider from any charge, as well as the seller and any of its employees from any action, causes of an action, complaints and demands about or for the reasons of any damage, loss or injury, which from now on may occur by participating in any of the services contracted on the reverse side of this document.
This release extends, applies, covers and includes all injuries, damages, losses, liabilities and their consequences that were unknown, unforeseen or unexpected, as well as those already known. The provisions of any federal, local state or territorial laws establishing released substances shall not extend to complaints, demands, injuries or damages which are known or unexpected to exist at the time, to the person performing such release. Otherwise they will always be rejected. Also if the participant wants to promote any legal matter related to the present act, it must be attended and only considered by the judges of the state of Quintana Roo and the corresponding legal institutions of Mexico and no others.
By this means, on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, as well as my companions, I jointly and separately release the service provider from any charge, as well as the seller of these from any action, causes of action, complaints and demands for, about or for the reasons of any damage, loss or injury, which may occur by participating in any of the services contracted on the reverse side of this document.
In addition, it is understood and accepted that, in said participation in any of the services contracted on the reverse, it will not be considered as an admission of responsibility or the acceptance of the assumption of responsibility to the service provider, as well as to the seller and any of its employees jointly and separately, from any damages and expenses as a result of any alleged act of the participant.
